Pee Hole Not at the Tip\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n        <p>\n\n            The opening through which urine passes may be located\n            on the underside of the penis rather than at the tip.\n            This is commonly known as hypospadias.\n\n        <\/p>\n\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-look\">\n\n            <strong>\n                Look out for:\n            <\/strong>\n\n            An unusual position of the urine opening or an unusual\n            direction of the urine stream.\n\n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/article>\n\n\n    <!-- 02 -->\n\n    <article class=\"ghm-condition-card\">\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-number\">\n            02\n        <\/div>\n\n\n        <h3>\n            Tight Foreskin\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n        <p>\n\n            Some children have difficulty retracting the foreskin.\n            While this may be normal in younger children, persistent\n            problems or symptoms may require medical assessment.\n\n        <\/p>\n\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-look\">\n\n            <strong>\n                Look out for:\n            <\/strong>\n\n            Pain, difficulty passing urine, repeated infections or\n <\/div>\n\n\n        <h3>\n            Belly Button Bulge\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n        <p>\n\n            A soft swelling around the belly button may be an\n            umbilical hernia. Many childhood hernias are monitored,\n            while some may require surgical assessment.\n\n        <\/p>\n\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-look\">\n\n            <strong>\n                Look out for:\n            <\/strong>\n\n            A noticeable bulge around the belly button, particularly\n            when the child cries, coughs or strains.\n\n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/article>\n\n\n    <!-- 04 -->\n\n    <article class=\"ghm-condition-card\">\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-number\">\n            04\n        <\/div>\n\n\n        <h3>\n            Pain or Swelling in the Testicles\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n        <p>\n\n            Testicular pain or swelling should always be taken\n            seriously. Some causes require urgent medical attention.\n\n        <\/p>\n\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-look\">\n\n            <strong>\n                Look out for:\n            <\/strong>\n\n            Sudden pain, swelling, redness, tenderness or a testicle\n            that appears different from usual.\n\n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/article>\n\n\n    <!-- 05 -->\n\n    <article class=\"ghm-condition-card\">\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-number\">\n            05\n        <\/div>\n\n\n        <h3>\n            Constipation\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n        <p>\n\n            Persistent constipation in children can sometimes be\n            associated with an underlying condition and may require\n            further assessment.\n\n        <\/p>\n\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-look\">\n\n            <strong>\n                Look out for:\n            <\/strong>\n\n            Persistent difficulty passing stool, painful bowel movements,\n            abdominal swelling or repeated episodes.\n\n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/article>\n\n\n    <!-- 06 -->\n\n    <article class=\"ghm-condition-card\">\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-number\">\n            06\n        <\/div>\n\n\n        <h3>\n            Lump Near the Thigh or Groin\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n        <p>\n\n            A lump in the groin may be a hernia. It may become more\n            noticeable when a child cries, coughs or strains.\n\n        <\/p>\n\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-look\">\n\n            <strong>\n                Look out for:\n            <\/strong>\n\n            A recurring groin swelling or lump that appears during\n            crying, coughing or activity.\n\n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/article>\n\n\n    <!-- 07 -->\n\n    <article class=\"ghm-condition-card\">\n\n        <div class=\"ghm-number\">\n            07\n        <\/div>\n\n\n        <h3>\n            Missing Testicles\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n        <p>\n\n            In some boys, one or both testicles may not be felt in\n            the scrotum.
